We know how important the products we supply are; therefore taking shortcuts is not an option, even in the most trying of situations. Any issues that arise are dealt with openly, as we feel that honesty is the only way to build successful business relations. This is practised from the enquiry stage, right through to final inspection. We will never quote you a delivery time that is unachievable and every product that leaves our premises is fully tailored to your ordered specification.

All aspects of manufacture are fully traceable, backed up by certification from established European or North American mills. At our company, there is no such thing as “tick-box” certification or unwillingness to supply original documentation. At SSF, if we test raw material or a finished product, you can have a copy of the results achieved at the locally used NAMAS approved test houses. We class ourselves as transparent and you will never come up against a brick wall.

We encourage all our customers, current or potential, to visit our premises and see these practises in action. We feel that our customers will struggle not to be impressed with how we work.
